Good news! Before Friday, Oct 4th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a full refund. Between Friday, Oct 4th, 2024 at midnight and Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you may cancel your reservation for a partial refund. After Sunday, Oct 6th, 2024 at midnight local hotel time (in Los Angeles), you are not allowed to change or cancel your reservation. If you cancel your reservation after Oct 6, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Refund Policy

Any cancellation received within 2 days prior to arrival date will incur the first night charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Positives: The bed was a little lumpy. I did not like the idea no microwave is inside of the room. But the manager on the premises, Darnell was above and beyond. He made sure he accommodated my mother and I we need more people like Mr. Darnell. I would only come back because of the service and how well he made us feel welcome . There was another gentleman I cannot remember his name, but he was also very helpful on helping us with our luggage.

Negatives: I did not like it did not have a walk-in or rolling shower. I did not like it did not have a recliner chair. I did not like it did not have a microwave provided in the room.
