The staff was beyond amazing and did everything in their power to make our stay an excellent experience. Norbert helped me in the days before we arrived with booking 8 rooms; Darnell welcomed us and checked us in, arranged our rooms to best suit our needs, gave us tips on getting the most from our surroundings, and gave us all very warm and personal attention. Richard the bartender catered to us with patience and humor, even though we were a group of 20 that came and went throughout the afternoon. The hospitality folks were all friendly and accommodating.
Rooms were comfortable. The TV set was probably the best I've ever had in a hotel room. Huge and on a swivel that made viewing the screen great.
The rooftop pool was fun, and the food and drinks were all yummy. The small first-floor cafe also delivered with amazing coffees and delicious food. I can highly recommend the avocado toast!
As for the location, perfectly situated at the Long Beach Pike, with many attractions within walking distance, and lots of good restaurants.
Just an overall wonderful time, and the perfect venue for our family celebration.
Negatives:
Our room had a bathtub/shower that was a little outdated, but the rest of the rooms our group were given had modern, large walk-in showers.
