The elevator would take a while to come or was not working most of the time. Keys didn't work to open the garage door for parking. One key was assign for a different room.

The location was perfect for us.
Negatives:
They only had 1 working elevator, and was a 20 minute wait at times. There was no air flow in the garage while we waited, and once we got on the elevator, it was also hot and shaky. Once inside, the guy at the front desk was kind of rude, and then started speaking so low we couldn’t hear him. Then, a man I can only assume is there to sign people up for Hilton Rewards followed me and and my friend (both women) to the elevator, asking us what floor we were on, what we were here for, and suggesting we go to a nearby bar. His tone, and the fact that he followed us after telling him multiple times we weren’t interested, made us feel uncomfortable and creeped out. The hotel did the job, as we were only in town for 1 night, but I wouldn’t recommend this place because of the staff and elevator issue.

-The elevator was broken for 2 days so we hiked to the 5th floor each day.

There's always issues with the elevators. Had to take the stairs to the fifth floor with a 5 and 7-year-old and tons of baggage onseveral occasions. The elevators finally stopped working the day we checked out.

The train crossing bells going off 24/7. The breakfast was frozen breakfast sandwiches as the main. Night security staff was extremely aggressive after our event was over and we came back to the hotel.
