The location was great. The staff who were working were polite & helpful.
Negatives:
There was employees on strike, who, where protesting at the front and sides of the hotel, they created a lot of noise from 07:00 through to late evening. Half the hotel amenities where closed, no staff at the pool or pool bar. Bedrooms didn't get made up

the location and things to do around the property was amazing! I had a great stay location wise.
Negatives:
What I didn’t like was that I paid soo much money for this property and the peace was not there. There were strikers and they were VERY loud.. THE WHOLE STAY. I didn’t hear them at night from 11-7am BUT the rest of the day they were clear as day it took away from the peace sadly!

Poor service. I payed full price for full service of the hotel. House keeping was not available for my entire stay. All amenities was unavailable. I would like a refund. This was our 25th anniversary celebration. All got was interruptions from 7am- 9:30 pm noise. This hotel was unacceptable in every way. We had mole spots in the shower and the walls. The sheets was dirty. The carpet was stained
