Lovely stay in a character...
Positives:
Location was great, beautiful restaurants, stores and tram stop right outside.
Room was beautiful, small but pretty good for San Fran standards.
Bed was super comfortable.
Negatives:
Had to call for bathroom toiletries when we checked in as they had not been refilled.
Room is not soundproof, lots of outside noise at night.
Being from Australia we are not accustomed to fees and taxes being tacked on. Did not like that they took a bond on check in, and then on check in advised that we would need to pay a service fee from the bond, when asked what this was for it was for the reusable water bottle and water filling stations etc.
