The rooms are very outdated and need a refresher. The carpet smelled in the hallways like cheap cologne and was nauseating. Staff was very good though.

It is located right next to the highway and our room faced the highway, overlooking the empty parking lot. I think that it would go a long way if the more quiet rooms would be filled first instead of the noisy ones.

The bed was very comfortable. The on-site restaurant was convenient, and the staff was friendly.

I booked this hotel because it offered to shuttle, however it does not run 24 hours and unavailable for my 7 AM flight. I had to arrange a $35 secondary ride. My restaurant meal Was pretty bad. And the shower in my room did not work properly.

Yes waited to after deposit was taken to tell me the room I booked wasn't available. The room I had the bed was so so uncomfortable I couldn't sleep with my husband

The room was dirty. Hair sticking to the shower wall, tub faucet dripping and tub was 1/4 of the way full when I entered room. Hotel was dated and run down. Not the 3 star experience that I am used to.

Dirty carpets that stinks the bedsheets feel like sandpaper. The mattress is so old the springs are sticking into your back. The staff is the most ignorant, rude person youve ever experienced the noise from the highway keeps you up all night

Bed was very hard. Bathroom not cleaned as well as it should. Halls and maids were very noisy, and I could hear traffic from the freeway all night.

I was charged a different amount than what booking told me I was going to be charged. The hotel needed some upgrades. The tiles on the 3rd floor were uneven and could cause an accident. There is also one elevator and we had to wait for minutes to go to our room
