Negatives:
There was no internet connection our entire stay. We were told repeatedly it would be corrected in a few hours but it never happened.
We originally booked through booking.com for $120 a night. Our son died and we had to stay an extra night and book through Hilton. We were charged $150 even though our son had just died. I don’t believe that is the way to treat a family who just lost their son

Positives:
It was very clean and comfortable. Also, parking was free for the stay. I was having surgery the next day, and the proximity of the hotel to the hospital was a definite plus.
Negatives:
I almost fell in the shower. The hospital required a shower immediately before coming to the hospital. There were no placements on the floor of the tub that would prevent slipping. There were lots of grab bars, which is why I didn't fall - i was able to catch myself using a grab bar, though it definitely wrenched my arms and back in the process.
Also, it would be nice if you had a bar so a person staying there could have a drink before bed.
