The property seems old. The bed was not clean so we asked a staff to change the sheets. The staff member was nice and friendly. He gave us breakfast vouchers. In the morning we tried to order room service but no one answered the call. The shower never turned warm. I had to take cold showers.

The staff at the counter were very friendly. The lady in charge of the kitchen service was very attentive. Good breakfast.
Negatives:
There was no cleaning of our room and we stayed 3 nights there. When we arrived there was no coffee pods; the package of sugar; napkins and shaker was open and used. There was hair on the floor of the little closet . There was a cleaning card in front of our rooms and the cleaning crew never showed up. I went to the counter and informed about it ; the person at the counter asked if the privacy sign was hanging at the door . I said no. He took note and said someone will clean the next day. That never happened . Bed was never made; no replacement of coffee or toiletries . Next day no one showed up to clean the room i went to the counter for a second time ; i was asked the same question and i said no again. I had to ask for a new set of towels and they only apologize for the inconvenience . We left the 3rd day an we never had our room cleaned. The pool needs attention there were clusters of black tiny bugs swimming at the bottom of the pool.
