Negatives:
we had confirmed reservation for two rooms for two nights for the labor day weekend. On her arrival at 4pm(checking time), we are told that rooms are not available and we were offered a private apartment ( like an AirBnB) as an alternative. We had no other choice but to shift to apartment with my family of four. Would never stay and also book via Booking.com

I enjoyed the hot tub and fitness rooms. We stayed in the Eden house, and the staff there was particularly helpful and attentive. I can't say enough about them.

I would have liked to have a balcony. There was no ice machine on our floor. And I'm still not clear about incidental charging.

Too expensive. $380 for a Holiday Inn. On top of that they initially put us in a room backing the elevator motor. Ridiculously noisy. Impossible to sleep. They did at least let us change rooms away from the elevator.
