Positives:
Property was conveniently located and provides excellent views from the pool area and from the dining room.
Check-in desk personnel were extremely helpful and friendly.

Negatives:
Not allowed to have cocktails in the dining room, which has the view, even when it was almost completely empty. Cocktail area has no view.
Tiki bar by pool has very limited hours- 1PM-4PM, and the harborside restaurant near the pool cannot provide beer or wine in a plastic cup, to use by the pool after the Tiki Bar closes.
Laundry room has a few broken machines, making contention for the few that work somewhat tough.

Positives:
We were celebrating our anniversary and asked if we could get a room with a view. Staff was not accommodating nor were they friendly.
Negatives:
For the price, this room needed work. There were cracks on the ceiling and the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling off the wall. The room felt old and definitely needed remodeling. Not what I was expecting on our anniversary trip.
