My friend and I had to change room three times. The first room, the toilet wooden flush. The second room the AC didn’t work. The third room the toilet run all night.

Honestly, I just liked the service provided by the staff.
Negatives:
The room was extremely dirty, there were not enough towels for all the guests, the smell was terrible, the pillowcases and sheets were dirty, and the air conditioning did not work. The iron on the bed was sticking out and when my daughter got up, she hurt her leg, I was very disappointed because it is a renowned hotel!

As soon as I saw the room, I checked out. The room was dirty. The bedding had holes. Awful!! the lights didn't work properly. The phone didn't work.

My room was at the end of the hall .. and it was quiet for the 2 nights that I was there . Room was comfortable..
Negatives:
Needs a lot of updates rugs in hall old and stinky.. the building itself is old and could use some maintenance.. 1 of 2 elevators not working

Tv did not work and I saw a mouse run across the floor so I packed up and left. There were people drinking and smoking in the parking lot, there was trash all over the parking lot and someone was begging for money by the second entrance closest to the parking lot on my way out as I was leaving and followed me almost halfway to my car
