Positives: Nothing really. This place needs a total overhaul/ renovation!! Please contact me about a refund.! The Quality Inn front desk said to reach out to Booking.com for a refund. They said this was a third party booking that they dont handle. They never let me speak to the manager when I called in.
Negatives: It was old and smelly I told the front desk that there was syrup on the floor leading into the elevator and it was sticking to my shoes. He said he would get maintenance to mop it up. When I returned, it wasnt done! Also, it was the only elevator working. I took a picture of it! Please see the pics of the old dirty toilet seat and no light bulbs in the bathroom! Front desk said someone would come up and put bulbs in i but no one never did! The same guy was on when I checked out and I let me him know that this was unacceptable and how would he like to stay in room w/o lightbulbs , dirty old toilet seat and missing loveseat/ chair in the room! . I deserve a total refund. And to top it off ,the gentleman that answered the phone when I called to speak to the manager told me you booked to get a cheaper rate now you want to get mad at us about the room.! First, let me say that when I originally called, He would not take my reservation over the phone , HE told me to go to booking,com!! So, the front desk guy was lazy and getting lightbulbs in my room or have someone mop up the mess in the elevator. the guy who answered the phone was lazy about taking my request by phone and then gets into an argument with me about the room and wouldnt let me speak to the manager! Now, shouldnt I get a total refund?!! I would appreciate it if someone from booking .com reach out to me. Sherri 443-637-1841 Thank - you.
