Everything. This place is a complete dump. The rooms were disgusting. Filthy, beds were dirty, not enough towels or anything in the rooms. Transient people coming in and out knocking and trying to open our doors, loud people coming in and out at all hours. It was so gross.

Location was great. Short walk to the beach & board walk, it was quite and convenient. Staff was nice..

A few of the outlets in the room didn't work, the door didn't shut properly, my 2 year old son was able to get the door open, top latch lock was broke/gone.

The Paper was coming off the walls
The door is very easily opened. Looks like it has been tampered with.
We didnt have hot water the first night we stayed.
We had to ASK for a micro shouldnt that be provided?
The shower was musty.. it looks as if it was never cleaned.. and there was finger prints all over the mirrors.
Not to mention the Family staying above Was extremely loud and obnoxious and had no respect for others staying on the property.
Oh and the bed sheets were not clean crumbs all up in both beds and on the pull out couch. Stains it was gross
