Negatives: No staff on premises. At check-in we were handed two key cards that's didn't work. So we had to wait for someone to come from the other building with new ones to let us in. How frustrating, the very next morning we get locked out again. Just woke up, and took the dog for a walk. Still in our pajamas, hair a mess, no money, no car keys, no phone to call someone. We have to walk to the check in office a few blocks away to get new keys again. How embarrassing. Saw roaches in the room. Knat sworming overhead when your trying to open the door. I was told I had a pool view, my room was in a dark corner, the only view I had was a wall. The pool had no skimmer insight, I was looking for it cause I would have cleaned it out myself.. I found drug paraphernalia under the sink in the bathroom with dirty towels. That means housekeeping is not doing their job, also I didn't see anyone from housekeeping my whole stay.

Negatives: It was dirty and poor maintained

Negatives: No mirrors or hooks for towels in any room

Negatives: Room was filthy, smoke detector in drawer wires exposed where smoke detector was supposed to be. Duct taped window. Ashes on the window sill. Other peoples belongings still in drawers.
