Negatives: The location is far from metro. There is a party every night in the hotel, so loud every night. The room is cold. We have asked a heater. This is definitely not a four star hotel from European standards, might just a 2 star hotel.

Positives: The worst hotel I ever stayed. Bad location. Dirty rooms. Bad smell in the corridors. Too expensive for the accommodation of so low quality.
Negatives: The room was dirty and uncomfortable. Old furniture, no place to store clothes, the door in the toilet closed with ugly noise. Old bed sheets. Just the whole room is a disaster. I do not recommend.

Negatives: Advert says restaurant present but there was no restaurant on site. Room is advertised as “Queen Deluxe” but the bed was a double bed and rather uncomfortable. Water pressure was very low.

Positives: I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nice—spacious, well-designed, and with a beautiful view. The staff was kind and helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable.
Negatives: However, there were a couple of downsides. When we first entered the room, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke (I’m not sure if it was a smoking room). Additionally, the 10-minute walk to the metro station was through a neighborhood that felt a bit uncomfortable.

Positives: Affordable compared to other hotels during the time of our stay (Rockefeller tree lighting week).
Negatives: Cleanliness (or lack thereof), disappointing view, proximity to subway stations. A "bare dorm room" would be the best way to describe the room. Dusty, damaged furniture, and bathroom was not spotless (felt lived in). Window curtain was cheap and had tears in them. Minor inconveniences such as outlet locations and bad lighting. Rooftop inaccessible and restaurant closed (no room service). Location not the best, ~8-15 minute walk to the nearest subway stations and surrounded by warehouses. This was particularly an issue because temperatures dipped below freezing during our stay.
