Negatives:
Terrible experience, absolutely do not recommend
Our stay from December 12 to December 15 left only negative impressions.
1. The cleanliness in the room was unacceptable: dirty walls, worn-out furniture, and the floor was not only cold but also filthy. There were no disposable slippers provided, which made the experience even worse.
2. The TV was outdated: it was impossible to connect it to the internet to watch a movie or video.
3. The worst part — loud music all night: there was a concert in the restaurant on the first floor right below our room. It was horrible! The receptionist explained that it was an event for restaurant guests, but how can you organize a concert in a hotel at night? Either ensure quiet for the guests or close the hotel for such events.
4. We couldn’t rest before an important day: we had an early flight, and due to the sleepless night, we were completely exhausted.
This was a terrible experience. I absolutely do not recommend staying at this hotel.
