The first thing I saw when I walked into the room was a roach on the night stand. I was then woken up in the middle of the night to roaches crawling on my face! Room was dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes, linens were old and worn , stained and smelled as bad as the room.

The room was dirty, there were roaches everywhere. Bed was uncomfortable and dirty! Busted my knee at the pool due to a slick patch job. Air conditioner was either to cold or to warm. Has thin cover over bed sent my fiance to get a blanket from the office where they didn't want to give him one and then he had to sign for it to get it and it was the same as what was already on the bed. Bathroom door wouldn't close, curtains were patched together and had holes all in them. Pictures were very misleading

I had a reservation, checked in at midnight after a 9hrs drive and had to check out within 15 minutes of arrival; they first assigned me and my family room 135 and it Was infested with roaches I requested a refund and the guy at front desk told me he could not do that, and he assigned us room 145 and was infested of roaches as well, so I came back to front desk to return the key and checked out, and he told to come back in the morning to talk to his manager about the refund.

Right off of the highway.
Negatives:
There were 20 black people running in and out of the surrounding rooms screaming obscenities and slamming doors the entire night long. Also, one of them was fighting with his girlfriend screaming that he was going to kill her over and over again. Let's not forget that the place is filthy and the bathroom door handle was half way off the door.

Non smoking room penetrated with cigarette smell .... saw cockroaches on wall and floor . Lock to door was beoken couldn't even secure door for safety. Beds were old spring mattress that were uneven and very uncomfortable.
