Positives: Nothing, it was the most horrible experience in San Antonio, I think that that hotel don’t even need to be open, very bad.

Negatives: Nothing the man than was in the front was very disrespectful, the woman of the maintenance don’t go to do the maintenance in the room. The neighbors were smoking weed and another was taking pictures of my kids. Also in my room were some cockroaches. And the man in the front when we check out didn’t give us back the 40 dllr of the deposit.

Positives: The room was fairly clean and close to things.

Negatives: The staff was rude and very difficult with my husband because the credit card was in my name but I put his name on the reservation while I’m in Montana and he was in Texas. The water was brown at first and turned clear when he showered, was absolutely disgusting.
