Positives:
I am gluten and dairy intolerant so appreciated even the limited choices of foods I could eat...especially appreciated almond milk. I would have loved a gf bread or cereal.
Negatives:
Had a challenging time getting the room cleaned given that I had a pet. If they could give you a time they were planning to clean, it would have helped so I could get my pet out of the room. Having said that, I appreciate how pet friendly the hotel was. I had to go to the desk four times to get change to use the washer/dryers. It shouldn't be that complicated.

Not being able to open windows, did not get the requested upgrade (no reason given), bills came in very odd installments (booking ?), pool quite cool, resurfacing of parking lot a bit chaotic, no program info on TVs

Not enough parking. Someone with a U-Haul truck towing a car took up 7 parking spaces. That should not be allowed I had to park at a different hotel.
