My father died suddenly two days before my trip to visit my son and his family. With all the commotion I didn't call until the next day. I was still charged for the room. I offered to send them a copy of the death certificate for verification but was told I would not be refunded. I use this hotel every time I visit my son. This would have been my fifth stay. Very disappointed.

This hotel was clean and the rooms were very clean,the staff was freindly alway ready to answer any questions,Yes I will stay again!

The pool and hot tub seemed to be very clean. Most of the time had it to ourselves.
Negatives:
The kitchen not full stocked, fridge and dish washer barely worked.room sleep 4 and put the bathroom in the bedroom so no privacy- stupid design.Breakfast was spicey.THERE WERE BUGS, A COCKROACH TO BE EXACT.was told No manager on site until next week!
