Positives: The location was good, with access to main parts of town. The area is generally considered safe due to schools and the university in the neighborhood. Overall, the hotel is good enough for solo travellers.

Negatives: The breakfast is appalling with few healthy food options. For the price, I expected better. The hotel's corridors had a strong odour. I couldn't tell if it was smoke or something else.
