Positives: Not downtown, but not suburbs either - This is an area called Near West right across from the Ambassador Hotel and just west of Marquette University ; a recently refurbished hotel so everything is brand new; excellent breakfast with plenty of choices; I would stay here again, based on what I paid
Negatives: The immediate area around the hotel is a little dicey once the sun goes down, but once inside the hotel no issues; the reception staff was either very good or not so much; the business centre was a room only when I was there as the hotel is just that new if that is important for you

Negatives: The hotel seemed unfinished. Was in an area that didn't feel safe to hang around as a solo female. Was expensive for a hotel that offered nothing. Couldn't even get the wifi working
